| Additional Subscription services are available if you have a major credit/debit card and an email address. Account servicing is done on-line, and no bill will be sent and no payments accepted other than major credit/debit cards.
Basic equipment rental ($8.00) is required to receive any of the optional services or Pay-Per-View events. You must subscribe to the basic equipment rental service in order to access Premium or PPV services.
Once your account is established you will receive instructions on where to pick-up a set-top receiver, remote, and all required connection cables. Once your receiver is connected, all of your account management is accomplished with your home phone number and PIN at the Pay-Per-View/Account Management link on the left.
